Responsibilities
- Provide informal leadership to align engineering disciplines and cross-functional partners on technical scope, priorities, and delivery timing; drive decisions and accountability to meet NPD engineering deliverables.
- Facilitate technical alignment & timely decisions by bringing the right engineering and functional stakeholders together; document actions, owners, and due dates to ensure follow-through.
- Drive technical risk management and change control (e.g., engineering change requests/orders as applicable) to protect timeliness, performance, and deliverable quality.
- Provide informal leadership to align engineering disciplines and cross-functional partners on technical scope, priorities, and delivery timing

Requirements
- 5+ years of project leadership experience, preferably in engineering and/or NPD, with demonstrated results in schedule management, cost/budget oversight, and cross-functional execution.

Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree required
- Engineering degree strongly preferred (or equivalent experience in a technical discipline).
