- In this role, you will be responsible for renewing and generating expansion opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Develop professional and personal relationships with key stakeholders within each customer account
- Partner with Customer Success to minimize attrition, identify growth opportunities, drive adoption and increase usage
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders such as Product, Engineering, and Alliances.

- 2+ years working in Renewals / Customer Success role
- Ability to react and adapt to potential rapid shifts in priorities and organizational policies
- Strong negotiation and objection handling skills that allow for value-based contract negotiations
- Strong process management and detail oriented skills
- Strong customer management skills, including soft skills
Compensation
- Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work at Sigma Computing.
- This role is eligible for a variable pay (based on goal achievement), stock options, as well as a comprehensive benefits package.
- The base salary range for this position is $100k - 120k annually.
