About the role
- As a Mountain Snow Sports (MSS) School Supervisor, you will play a key leadership role supporting instructors and ensuring daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- This role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills as well as a passion for snow sports and instruction.
- The pay range for this role is $24.00 - $28.00 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Working closely with management and peers, you will lead by example, coach instructors, manage logistics, and help deliver outstanding guest experiences.
- Support management with payroll and labor management duties
- Build relationship with instructors and families within the program
Requirements
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite
- Willingness & ability to learn new computer systems
- Ability to problem solve with management team and independently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have
- Experience using resort POS systems a plus
Compensation
- The pay range for this role is $24.00 - $28.00 per hour.
