Responsibilities

  • Support the restructuring of Cloudinary folders, collections, and taxonomy frameworks
  • Assist in developing naming conventions and asset management standards
  • Document best practices for asset uploads, organization, maintenance, and ongoing governance
  • Perform quality assurance reviews to ensure consistency and accuracy across large volumes of content
  • Collaborate with product, content, and platform stakeholders on asset management initiatives
  • Contribute to building a media library that supports future AI and automation use cases

Requirements

  • This role offers hands-on experience in digital asset management, content operations, metadata governance, and AI-ready content organization.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with digital asset management (DAM) platforms such as Cloudinary, Bynder, Brandfolder, or similar tools
  • Experience working with metadata, tagging systems, taxonomies, or content management platforms
  • Interest in AI, content organization, or digital experience platforms
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise digital asset management practices
  • Experience working on a large-scale content cleanup and transformation initiative
