Responsibilities
- Support the restructuring of Cloudinary folders, collections, and taxonomy frameworks
- Assist in developing naming conventions and asset management standards
- Document best practices for asset uploads, organization, maintenance, and ongoing governance
- Perform quality assurance reviews to ensure consistency and accuracy across large volumes of content
- Collaborate with product, content, and platform stakeholders on asset management initiatives
- Contribute to building a media library that supports future AI and automation use cases

- This role offers hands-on experience in digital asset management, content operations, metadata governance, and AI-ready content organization.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with digital asset management (DAM) platforms such as Cloudinary, Bynder, Brandfolder, or similar tools
- Experience working with metadata, tagging systems, taxonomies, or content management platforms
- Interest in AI, content organization, or digital experience platforms
- Hands-on experience with enterprise digital asset management practices
- Experience working on a large-scale content cleanup and transformation initiative
