About the role

- This may include team development, supporting the staffing model, promoting staff development, and implementing Signs of Belonging.
- Expected duties include on-call responsibilities, scheduling, flexibility to work shifts, direct work with youth and families, case planning, cultural connections, family engagement, and supporting the ongoing development of the position.
Requirements
- A two-year diploma or university degree in Human Services.
- Experience working with youth in a group home setting is a definite asset.
- Ability to work shifts, including evenings, overnight shifts, and weekends.
