About the role
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HR executives and key stakeholders, fostering collaboration and alignment across HR, business leaders, executive leadership, vendors, consultants, and cross-functional teams.
- Monitor and report on project progress, deliverables, milestones, budgets, performance metrics, and outcomes, providing regular updates and recommendations to leadership.
- Analyze HR processes, workflows, and business practices within assigned projects and recommend improvements that enhance efficiency, effectiveness, scalability, and employee experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead HR workstreams associated with mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and organizational restructurings, ensuring seamless integration of people, processes, systems, and policies.
- Define and manage project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, budgets, resource requirements, and success measures, ensuring alignment with business and HR priorities while delivering projects from initiation through completion.
- Leverage project management methodologies and practices to develop and execute project plans, manage resources, track milestones, mitigate risks, facilitate stakeholder engagement, and drive successful project outcomes.
- Conduct stakeholder and organizational readiness assessments to evaluate project impact, identify potential resistance, and develop engagement, communication, and training strategies that support alignment, adoption, and successful implementation.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of project management tools, templates, reporting frameworks, and standard processes to support consistent execution and delivery of HR projects.
- Partnering with HR leaders, business stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams, this role develops and executes project plans, manages timelines and deliverables, monitors project progress, mitigates risks, and coordinates resources to ensure successful implementation.
- The Senior HR Project Manager applies project management best practices and approaches to support organizational readiness, stakeholder alignment, and achievement of project objectives.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree required PMP, Agile, Prosci, or equivalent preferred Minimum 5+ years related experience required
