About the role
- The organization includes six hospitals, 5 ERs, and over 80 clinics.
- The supervisor of a CMG ambulatory clinic works to ensure the overall job performance of the team and coordinates all job related activities to ensure the success of each team member.
Responsibilities
- This position is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with patients, providers, leadership, staff, public and external agencies.
Requirements
- 2 years related experience
- Required: High School diploma or Equivalent
- Required: 2 years related experience
Nice to have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2 year supervisory or training experience
- 2 year ambulatory clinic leadership experience
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree
- Preferred: 2 year supervisory or training experience
- Preferred: 2 year ambulatory clinic leadership experience

- Ability to perform effectively in leadership role
- Ability to hire, train and evaluate staffing performance and needs
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of clinic operations and CPT/ICD coding
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in computer skills
