About the role

This is a rare opportunity to define the government GTM motion from the ground up - shaping how federal, state, and public sector organizations adopt voice and conversational AI.
Success in this role means combining deep public sector expertise with a builder mindset: establishing our presence in the market while helping shape the long-term strategy for the government vertical.
Identify and pursue strategic opportunities where voice and agents can transform government services, citizen engagement, and internal workflows.

Build and own ElevenLabs' Government GTM motion across federal, state, and public sector agencies in North America.
Develop and execute account strategies across key agencies and departments.
Build trusted relationships with senior public sector leaders, procurement officials, and technical stakeholders.
Partner with Legal, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure successful implementation and long-term expansion.
