About the role

  • Electro-Mechanical Technician Level 2 is responsible for the day-to-day troubleshooting and preventative/predictive maintenance.
  • This worker acts as a junior-level material handling technician on all equipment installed at the Assonet MA, Site location.
  • This role will be working Day shift 6am-6pm, Sunday-Tuesday and every other Saturday.

Responsibilities

  • Create and close work orders into the asset management system with appropriate data, including labor hours, equipment maintenance, and parts used.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships across all levels of the organization.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate a general knowledge of a technical or specialty area.
  • Confirmed experience in the area of responsibility and successful demonstration of position and key responsibilities as presented above.
  • Must be able to stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours.

Nice to have

  • High School diploma or equivalent experience or equivalent required.
  • Typically, an Associate's degree or equivalent experience is helpful.
  • Specialized skill training/certification preferred.

Compensation

  • The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $25 to $30 an hour at the time of posting.
  • Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
