About the role

During the first 90 days, your primary focus will be helping us recruit exceptional talent across multiple departments while introducing stronger HR processes, improving accountability, and creating an engaging workplace culture.
You will work directly with the President and leadership team to help shape the next chapter of Analyticsmart's growth.

You're equally comfortable interviewing senior candidates, coaching managers through difficult conversations, organizing a team social event, and developing HR processes that help a growing company scale.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for an energetic Human Resources Generalist who can help us build an exceptional team while strengthening our company culture and organizational discipline.
