About the role
- The Conflicts Analyst plays a key role in the firm's new business intake and conflicts function, helping ensure we take on work in a way that aligns with both our professional responsibilities and client expectations.
- This is a hands-on role for someone who already understands law firm conflicts and enjoys working through complex scenarios, partnering with attorneys, and moving matters forward thoughtfully and efficiently.
- The Analyst will be reviewing conflicts searches, analyzing results, and working with attorneys and firm leadership to identify and resolve potential issues.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of law firm conflicts or new business intake experience
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to stay organized across multiple requests
- Proficiency in Word and Excel
Nice to have
- Experience with Intapp or a similar conflicts system preferred
- A bachelor's degree is preferred, but we're most interested in relevant experience and strong judgment.
Compensation
- In Denver, the expected base salary range for this role is $65,000 to $80,000 per year.
