Responsibilities
- Build and scale the clinical operations function from the ground up - how reviews are conducted, how knowledge is codified, how quality is measured.
- Partner with product and engineering to translate clinical standards, payer requirements, and specialty nuance into actionable product logic.
- Own the feedback loop between what our platform catches in the field and how our clinical intelligence evolves.
- You're a systems thinker who designs scalable processes without over-engineering them.
Requirements
- Clinical licensure or certification (RN, LCSW, BCBA, CPC, or similar) - helpful context, but what matters more is that you can work with clinical expertise at scale, not be the sole source of it.

Compensation
- $160,000 - $220,000
- Compensation decisions are made holistically, ensuring fairness and alignment with market benchmarks while recognizing individual contributions and potential.
