- The Assistant Coach plays a critical role in ensuring consistent supervision, strong practice implementation, and a positive, structured experience for all athletes.
- Coaches are key members of the Athletics team and ensure the continued excellence, growth and sustainability of DREAM's Athletics programs.

Compensation
- The rate for incoming Assistant Coaches is $30 per hour.
- Coaches are eligible for annual compensation increases based on tenure, in accordance with DREAM's compensation practices.
Benefits
- The rate for incoming Assistant Coaches who are also DREAM full-time staff is a $3000 per season stipend.
