About the role
- Ingram Content Group (ICG) is hiring for a Trade Show & Events Specialist to join our team in LaVergne, TN just outside Nashville.
- Executes the planning, implementation, and production of meetings, events, and trade shows, both physical and virtual, for a cross-section of ICG companies/divisions.
Responsibilities
- Ability to establish relationships within all ICG client groups, business partners, and vendors
- Ability to work with urgent deadlines and manage multiple high-priority assignments.
- Volunteer opportunities and in-kind drives for non-profits throughout the year
Requirements
- BA/BS degree in marketing, business, or related field or directly related year for year experience
- 3 years' experience producing various sized trade shows, meetings, or events in a professional environment
- Do you have experience working with publishers?
- Computer proficiency, internet searching, negotiation, and organizational skills

Compensation
- $58,298 - $72,657.
- This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position.
