Support and oversee daily eBay operations, ensuring we work backwards from collector needs and maintain the highest standards-because getting it right is non-negotiable
Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure seamless operations aligned with our collector-first mission
Facilitate huddles, manage inventory/cycle counts, and reassign duties as needed
Lead by example and champion all company policies, including safety, attendance, and security
Leads with Integrity-makes honest, ethical decisions because trust is our brand

Collectors uses e-Verify to validate your ability to work legally in the United States.

4-6 years of experience in a hands-on role in collectibles grading or authentication, fragile item handling, mail processing or shipping, or as an art or antiques handler or technician or similar position
Ability to hear alarms, signals, and verbal instructions.
Receiving and Inspecting Submissions: Ability to receive, and in some departments inspect, submissions.
Ability to use a sharp blade and retrieve submissions from packaging.
Sitting or Standing: Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.

Actual compensation in this range will be based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including location, job level, prior experience, and skill set.
