About the role
- The program ensures safe and structured parent-child contact, incorporates parenting education, and follows Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) standards.
- Monitors ensure that parent-child visits are safe, neutral, and supportive by observing interactions, documenting activity, and maintaining compliance with program and DHS standards.
- The physical duties associated with this position are consistent with duties associated with work performed in an office setting.
Responsibilities
- Documentation & Feedback · Provide written and verbal feedback to participants regarding conduct and progress, as appropriate. · Document family interactions with objective, factual notes after each session. · Prepare case notes, reports, and updates that reflect outcomes, challenges, and family progress.

Nice to have
- Associate's degree in social work, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field required. · Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
- Working knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel

Compensation
- Sabathani Community Center is seeking dependable and professional Independent Contractors to serve as Supervised Visit Monitors within our court-ordered Supervised Visitation Program.
- Monitors ensure that parent-child visits are safe, neutral, and supportive by observing interactions, documenting activity, and maintaining compliance with program and DHS standards.
