About the role

The program ensures safe and structured parent-child contact, incorporates parenting education, and follows Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) standards.
Monitors ensure that parent-child visits are safe, neutral, and supportive by observing interactions, documenting activity, and maintaining compliance with program and DHS standards.
The physical duties associated with this position are consistent with duties associated with work performed in an office setting.

Documentation & Feedback · Provide written and verbal feedback to participants regarding conduct and progress, as appropriate. · Document family interactions with objective, factual notes after each session. · Prepare case notes, reports, and updates that reflect outcomes, challenges, and family progress.

Associate's degree in social work, Psychology, Human Services, or a related field required. · Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
Working knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel

Sabathani Community Center is seeking dependable and professional Independent Contractors to serve as Supervised Visit Monitors within our court-ordered Supervised Visitation Program.
Monitors ensure that parent-child visits are safe, neutral, and supportive by observing interactions, documenting activity, and maintaining compliance with program and DHS standards.

$20-35 per hour, based on experience
