Responsibilities
- Support the development, sustainment, modernization, and enhancement of Pega applications and related enterprise solutions.
- Develop and maintain integrations between Pega and external enterprise applications utilizing REST, APIs and other integration technologies.
- Perform application configuration, unit and integration testing, defect resolution, software deployment, and production support activities throughout the application lifecycle.
- Support automated testing and deployment capabilities, including PegaUnit, Selenium, CI/CD pipelines, Pega Deployment Manager, Jenkins, or similar tools and technologies.
- Apply security best practices within Pega applications and support activities related to vulnerability identification, remediation, compliance, and secure application development.
- Support software developer lifecycle practices, including version control, branching strategies, continuous integration and deployment, automated testing, and release management.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation including application configurations, solution designs, integration specifications, deployment procedures, test documentation, and operational support documentation.
- Work directly with commercial software vendors to troubleshoot product issues, evaluate new capabilities, coordinate upgrades, and implement vendor-provided solutions.
- Design, develop, configure, and test Pega applications and business processes in accordance with customer requirements, Pega best practices, and enterprise development standards.

Requirements
- Must be willing to work on site in Annapolis Junction, MD.
- Experience with Pega application integrations, including the data transformation and mapping.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and DevOps practices, including version control, branching strategies, continuous integration and deployment, automated testing, and release management.
- Experience troubleshooting Pega applications in cloud or enterprise infrastructure environments.
- Experience producing clear technical documentation and applying development, configuration, security and testing standards.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field

- Pega certification is preferred
Compensation
- The estimated salary range for this position is between $150,000-$265,000 (annualized USD).
