About the role

Responsibilities
- Our Terran R vehicle will deliver customer payloads to orbit, meeting the growing demand for launch capacity.
- Here, you're not just executing tasks; you're solving problems that haven't been solved before, helping develop a rocket, a factory, and a business from the ground up.
- Whether you're in propulsion, manufacturing, software, avionics, or a corporate function, you'll collaborate across teams, shape decisions, and see your work come to life in record time.
- This team has a wide variety of responsibilities - from factory floor layout, to developing complex tooling for novel processes, and interfacing with our vehicle engineering team to heavily influence design of the rocket.
- Serve as second-line technical support, driving root cause resolution and coordinating with partners.
- Manage team performance, career development, and advancement opportunities; including 1:1s, performance reviews, and any corrective actions.
- Unique to Relativity, you will get to work across many teams to iterate and support development of the vehicle program.
Requirements
- Experience managing large teams and supporting complex assemblies in a high pace environment.
- Experience with integration processes and or sub-assembly production lines.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products Power BI, Smartsheets and LN.
- Nice to haves, but not required

- This will be for our Second Shift Supervisor role with the hours from 3:30 PM PST - 2:00 AM PST.
