About the role
- As a key representative of our corporate culture, this individual must exude the highest level of professionalism, poise, and discretion.
- Act as a poised and credible representative of the HR and L&D functions, comfortable presenting to, collaborating with, and advising leaders at the executive level
Responsibilities
- Program Design & Content Maintenance
- Maintain a rigorous standard of quality and attention to detail across all instructional materials, ensuring alignment with McKee Foods' corporate governance, values, and strategic goals
- Deliver sophisticated, engaging, and high-impact training sessions for both in-person and virtual audiences
Requirements
- Proven ability to interact confidently and effectively with all tiers of an organization, from front-line staff to executive management·
Nice to have
- Master's degree in Instructional Design, Organizational Development, or Business Administration (MBA)
- Experience specifically designing and executing leadership development or management readiness programs within a corporate environment
Compensation
- $59,600 - $105.900 / year, depending on experience and qualifications.
