About the role
- Corporate Loan Processor collaborates with the training department for transition into a Senior Loan Processor.
- Corporate Loan Processor is responsible for providing quality customer service by verifying necessary documentation to underwrite the loan and ordering third party documentation by communicating directly with the customer, loan officer, junior processor, senior processor and/or underwriter.
Responsibilities
- Manage pipeline by completing and submitting reports within allotted turn-around times.
- You'll get unwavering support from all departments and total transparency from the top down.
Requirements
- Communicate directly with the Loan Originator to obtain initial and any missing documentation required to qualify for the loan.
Nice to have
- Experience with mortgage and consumer lending regulations, including but not limited to Regulation Z and Regulation B requirements, and loan documents, preferred.
Skills
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- A minimum of 2 years' residential mortgage experience.
- Experience with RESPA regulations.
- Encompass experience.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent prioritization and time management skills.
- Proficient in DU, LP, Microsoft Office & Windows.
