Provide training and support to members of the IT Service Delivery team.
Own documentation of playbook and runbooks for efficient cross-team collaboration

Our estimated salary for this role is between $80,000 - $90,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Actual pay is determined by multiple factors such as skills, qualifications, experience and market demand.
