About the role

  • The Tax Manager is responsible for managing the company's tax compliance, tax provision, tax planning, and tax audit functions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and review income tax provision calculations, including the effective tax rate, uncertain tax positions, deferred tax assets and liabilities, valuation allowances, journal entries, and tax account roll forwards.
  • Manage US international tax calculations including GILTI, BEAT, FTC, FDII, etc., and the impact of acquisitions or divestitures.
  • Manage federal, state, and local tax audits and inquiries.
  • Assist or manage other ad hoc/special projects (e.g., Pillar 2 analysis, transfer pricing modeling, tax planning, M&A, sales/use/withholding tax assistance, review business contracts, etc.) as needed.
  • Demonstrated ability to own end-to-end compliance processes, prioritize competing deadlines, and independently drive projects to completion.
  • It shapes how we work, grow and deliver on our purpose together.

Requirements

  • Applicants for this position must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
  • Manage estimated tax payments, extensions, and other required tax filings.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting (or equivalent) with 5+ years corporate tax experience in public accounting and/or industry.
  • Experience with international tax concepts (GILTI, FDII, BEAT, Subpart F, Section 174, etc.) and multi-state taxation and tax compliance.

Nice to have

  • CPA license preferred.
  • Experience with indirect taxes (including sales and use tax and property tax) is a plus, but it is not a core requirement for the role.

Compensation

  • The expected annual pay range for this position is $169,000 - $178,000.
