About the role

Alliance Ground International (AGI) is looking for an experienced and skilled GSE Supervisor to oversee a team of forklift mechanics.
The GSE Supervisor will be responsible for managing maintenance and repair activities to ensure all forklifts and related equipment are in top operational condition.
This role requires strong technical knowledge of forklift maintenance, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to upholding safety standards.

Lead, supervise, and mentor a team of forklift mechanics to maintain optimal team performance.
Manage and oversee all maintenance, repairs, and servicing of forklifts, pallet jacks, and related equipment.
Work closely with operations teams to ensure timely availability and functionality of forklifts to support warehouse and logistics needs.
Adjust team schedules and resources as needed to support varying workload demands.
Develop and implement training programs to improve technical skills and knowledge among forklift mechanics.
Track and manage resource usage, identifying opportunities for cost savings.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.
Ground Support Equipment (GSE) Supervisor - Forklift Mechanics

Minimum of 3 years of experience in forklift or material handling equipment maintenance, including prior supervisory experience.
Extensive knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems in forklifts and related equipment.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards for forklift operations.

$30/hr.-$36/hr.

Previous experience supervising a team in an airport, warehouse, or logistics environment is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent
technical or trade school certification is a plus.

Collaborate with the procurement team to maintain adequate parts and equipment stock, minimizing downtime.
