About the role
- We're looking for an FP&A Analyst to join our growing Finance team.
- This is an outstanding opportunity for someone who enjoys digging into data, solving business problems, and working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform variance analysis and identify business trends
- Develop recommendations to improve financial performance
- Build and maintain financial models
- Perform scenario analysis and long-range planning
Requirements
- 3-5 years of FP&A experience
- Current or recent FP&A experience in residential home services, skilled trades, or manufacturing (required)
- Must be able to work in our King of Prussia office four days per week
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
- Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, variance analysis, and KPI reporting
Nice to have
- Experience working in a private equity-backed organization
- ServiceTitan experience
- ERP system experience
- Power BI or Tableau experience
- CPA, CFA, or MBA (or active pursuit) is a plus

Compensation
- $90,000-$110,000 base salary
- Annual bonus opportunity
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting packages
- Support the annual budgeting process and quarterly forecasts
