You will act as a brand ambassador for the client, focusing on delivering exceptional talent while providing proactive and timely communication on the status of the search.
You will act as a mentor for Recruiters and other team members.

Lead detailed intake meetings with hiring managers to determine position specifications, providing relevant market data and recommendations.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and departments to develop and manage recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.
Evaluate candidate profiles against position requirements and deliver strong candidate slates, while building talent pipelines.
Partner with hiring leaders to determine offer details, using market data and compensation guidelines to support recommendations.
You'll support a broad range of functions spanning: Pharma and Diagnostics Commercial, Technical and Development teams (manufacturing and quality control) Group Functions (Informatics, Finance, HR, Communications, Procurement) and Computational Sciences..

Experience within the Life Sciences sector is advantageous
however, strong candidates from other industries with proven experience in complex, matrixed organizations will be considered.
Bachelor's degree in business, management, human resources or related field required.
Minimum of 7 years or more year's results-oriented recruiting experience working in an in-house, RPO or agency setting (or 5+ years in a complex matrixed environment )
Experience utilizing deep web sourcing techniques via various platforms.
Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) ( Workday & Phenom People)
