About the role
- Maintenance projects will include servicing equipment such as:
- Complete Work orders following the proper procedure.
- Inspect, test and clean AC and DC motors and replace brushes as needed.
Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics on all equipment and effectively troubleshoot to identify equipment failures.
- Troubleshoot and repair AC and DC motor controls, single and 3 phase electrical circuits, electronic drives, and PLC controls.
- Install electrical conduit and perform machine wiring installation of motors up to 600 hp and larger motor installation Fabricate and install brackets and mounting for electrical boxes and disconnects.
- Perform PM's on thermo-formers, trim presses, extrusion equipment and support equipment.
- Provides electrical maintenance support to the entire facility.
- Achieve objectives to maintain and improve the quality, safety and legality of product manufacture.
