About the role

- Maintenance tasks performed are in a variety of skilled areas (Welding, machinery troubleshooting, repair, electrical troubleshooting, HVAC).
- could include troubleshooting and repairing air, resin and gel equipment.
Responsibilities
- Support the welding shop schedule and repairs.
- Maintain cleanliness, ensure safety compliance to include PPE adherence, safety policy adherence, and safe behaviors and conditions.
Requirements
- Will be required to be certified in forklift and high lift (genie boom) operations
- Must be able to wear required personal protective equipment where designated, including but not limited to: safety glasses, hearing protection, gloves, etc.
- Must be able to understand and complete the OSHA questionnaire, pass spirometer test and physically wear a respirator where required
- Must be able to physically perform the requirements of the job, including lifting, bending, climbing stairs, standing, etc. with or without a reasonable accommodation.
Nice to have
- Three - five (3-5) years commercial or industrial facility maintenance experience to include machinery repair and electrical troubleshooting as a plus.
- Experience a plus for CNC equipment
- Strong mechanical and electrical background and experience.
- Additional experience in electrical motor controls and programming a strong plus.

Compensation
- The pay range for this position is hourly.
- At Brunswick, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role.
