About the role
- This position primarily involves the evaluation and treatment of patients as a part of the outpatient faculty practice and at the various University of Miami affiliated clinics and Hospitals that includes Jackon Behavioral Health Hospital.
- This position will also supervi se trainees in the provision of clinical services.
- The position includes opportunities for participation in research and other academic activities of a rapidly growing Department of Psychiatry with a national reputation for research, teaching and clinical service.
Responsibilities
- Barbara Coffey Professor and Chair will mentor and support this positon and help the incumbent adjust to the Universit y and faculty status during the ir first year of employment.
