- Job Description: Summary: The New York Mets Fan Greeter position is a part-time role which serves to provide guests with information that will help make their experience more enjoyable.

Requirements
- Must be able to work approximately 30 minutes past the end of all major events

- Effective communication, a positive energetic personality, and a genuine willingness to work in a team
- Punctuality is key for this position, including arriving before the start of roll call, responding to work emails and reporting back from break in a timely fashion
- Standing on your feet for long periods of time
- Good listening skills are imperative as gameday information is discussed pre-game during roll call, in order for staff members to deliver the most up-to-date information to guests
- A flexible schedule for some weekday afternoons, nights, weekends and holidays during the baseball season with a required availability for mid-March training dates
- Reliable transportation to and from the ballpark
Nice to have
- Prior customer service and hospitality experience preferred
