About the role
- This role will require close collaboration with marketing, operations, distribution and other key stakeholders to ensure the successful alignment of supply and demand through effective operating plan management.
- The Supply Chain Planning Manager wi ll ensure alignment between supply and demand forecasts, while optimizing inventory flexibility, minimizing waste, and maintaining high service levels and product availability across our distribution network.
Responsibilities
- Build recommended LTO buys for promotional periods in alignment with projected sales and operational plans.
- Lead conversation in the S&OP meeting with cross functional teams to gain alignment on final buy quantities and allocation strategies.
- Collaborate with Distribution to build the distribution allocation strategy for all LTO promotional periods on LTO and pantry items.
- Own and execute the LTO recap process with the S&OP team to include performance, wins, and lessons learned to be applied to future promotions.
- Drive continuous improvement in the NSO process to evolve and adapt to changes in the business and store level needs
- Build and drive the strategy for supplier forecasting processes including frequency, format, and depth of the forecasts based on the needs of the supplier and the business.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Finance, or other relevant field, required
- 6+ years of experience in supply chain strategy development, demand planning, and inventory management, preferably in a managerial role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
- Knowledge of supply chain software and technologies (e.g., ERP systems, demand planning software)
- This position is required to be in office 4 days per week (Mon-Thurs)
- Must be able to collaborate in-person with occasional impromptu in-person meetings
- Ability to sit, stand, reach, twist, stretch, and work at a desk for long stretches.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments
