Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and assist with repairs on production equipment
- Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate equipment issues to support timely resolution
- Support equipment setup, calibration, and basic improvement initiatives
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in alignment with operational standards
- The Maintenance Technician I supports the reliability and performance of production equipment through routine maintenance and basic repairs.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in maintenance, manufacturing, or a related field
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and basic diagnostic equipment
- Ability to follow instructions, complete documentation, and work effectively in a team
Nice to have
- Technical or vocational training in a maintenance-related discipline
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Familiarity with maintenance systems or basic computer applications
- Exposure to troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment
