About the role

  • We're looking for a Founding Product Designer to drive design across the full Gumloop product.
  • This is a senior, high-ownership role for someone with exceptional taste and a love for building complex AI-native products.

Responsibilities

  • Rapidly prototype new concepts and features to validate ideas before full implementation
  • Ability to distill ambiguous problems and feedback, then design clear, focused solutions
  • Motion / interaction design experience
  • You'll own work from concept to delivery, contribute to our core design system, and collaborate directly with engineering and brand to ship polished, intuitive experiences.

Requirements

  • Experience with prototyping in Figma (and beyond with AI tools like Paper, Claude Design, Cursor)
