Responsibilities
- Check product quantities and visible condition against packing slips, bills of lading, and delivery documents
- Support onboarding of new associates by sharing standard shipping and receiving practices
- Perform work safely and report unsafe conditions or incidents to a supervisor promptly
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management
Requirements
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn shipping/warehouse systems
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others
- Ability to identify, locate, handle, and distribute product accurately
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Ability to follow established work procedures and safety rules
- Ability to read, understand, and follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to work assigned shifts and scheduled hours
- Ability to push/pull, load/unload, and lift or move equipment and product weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without assistance throughout the shift
- Ability to stand and/or walk for extended periods of time, often up to 8-10 hours per shift
- Ability to climb stairs or ladders safely
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Strong organizational and record‑keeping skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
