- This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while aligning with organizational goals and driving stakeholder satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management across multiple initiatives, ensuring successful delivery
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, operations, and external partners
- Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate effective communication across all levels
- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and best practices
- Support change management and ensure successful adoption of project outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in project or program management
- Proven experience leading large-scale, complex projects or programs
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar)

- You're good at what you do and possess the required experience to provide it.

Nice to have
- PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or equivalent certification
- Experience in government, transportation, or regulated industries (e.g., DMV, ADOT)
- Background in digital transformation, cloud migrations, or system modernization initiatives
- Strategic planning and execution
- Stakeholder engagement and influence
- Risk management and problem-solving
- Team leadership and collaboration
- Decision-making under pressure

- This position will be eligible for Kyndryl's discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl's applicable plans.
