This role is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while aligning with organizational goals and driving stakeholder satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end project management across multiple initiatives, ensuring successful delivery
Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, operations, and external partners
Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate effective communication across all levels
Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and best practices
Support change management and ensure successful adoption of project outcomes

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or related field
5+ years of experience in project or program management
Proven experience leading large-scale, complex projects or programs
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall)
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar)

Nice to have

PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2, or equivalent certification
Experience in government, transportation, or regulated industries (e.g., DMV, ADOT)
Background in digital transformation, cloud migrations, or system modernization initiatives
Strategic planning and execution
Stakeholder engagement and influence
Risk management and problem-solving
Team leadership and collaboration
Decision-making under pressure

Benefits

This position will be eligible for Kyndryl's discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryl's applicable plans.

If this is a sales commission eligible role, you will be eligible to participate in a sales commission plan in lieu of the annual discretionary bonus program.
