About the role

  • The clinical supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that clinical file reviews are completed bi-weekly for staff under direct supervision, including establishing specific, individual professional development goals.
  • Ensure that clinical records are accurate, current, and meet Medical Assistance standards and DHS licensing regulations.
  • This project provides in-person and telephone crisis emergency response.

Responsibilities

  • Provide consultation and support to staff as needed including being available for case managers to debrief about difficult situations.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Extensive knowledge of non-profit organizations.
  • Master's degree in social work or Marriage and Family Therapy
  • Ongoing participation in faculty training and other fidelity to the model training as well as DHS required training.

Nice to have

  • Previous Clinical experience working with individuals recently released from jail or prison a plus.
  • Previous Supervisory experience.

Compensation

  • $70k-$80k
