About the role

The clinical supervisor will be responsible for ensuring that clinical file reviews are completed bi-weekly for staff under direct supervision, including establishing specific, individual professional development goals.
Ensure that clinical records are accurate, current, and meet Medical Assistance standards and DHS licensing regulations.
This project provides in-person and telephone crisis emergency response.

Provide consultation and support to staff as needed including being available for case managers to debrief about difficult situations.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Extensive knowledge of non-profit organizations.
Master's degree in social work or Marriage and Family Therapy
Ongoing participation in faculty training and other fidelity to the model training as well as DHS required training.

Previous Clinical experience working with individuals recently released from jail or prison a plus.
Previous Supervisory experience.

MSW or MFT with experience working with mental health, substance abuse, homeless, and/or re-entry populations.
Experience with crisis intervention, hospitalization, psychiatry, and mental health diagnosis.

Provide clinical crisis interventions with clients and their treatment team, which includes mental health providers, probation officers, housing case managers, and Amity case managers.
