Industry Knowledge
People and costs are two of the most important things to effectively run a business, yet data and attribution can be hard to come by to measure tools within the people and talent acquisition space.
You will need to be constantly upleveling yourself with what is going on in the market and how that could impact our customers and/or our audience that they'd like to reach.
Account Mapping + Relationship Building
To successfully navigate to global budgets within the enterprise, it will be critical to understand org structures and how buying decisions are made across your prospects.
While you will have a sales development rep working closing with you, it is your responsibility to convert your pipeline.
