About the role
- The Customer Demand Planner III is responsible for owning and managing customer demand inputs to the MRP.
- They are expect to effectively translate customer and backlog demand into effective material and production plans in concert with operations planners and schedulers.
Responsibilities
- Demand Management & Order Integrity Partner with Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to maintain accurate and actionable customer demand signals in the ERP system.
- Support demand clean-up activities including stale orders, misaligned promise dates, duplicate demand, and invalid requirements.
- Master Data & System Integrity Maintain and continuously improve planning-related master data including lead times, order policies, planning BOMs, routings, yield, and scrap assumptions.

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

- Coordinate planned order releases with Master Scheduling and capacity considerations.
- Prevent unnecessary early releases or duplicate demand signals.
- Position Requirements Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in production planning, material planning, or manufacturing operations.
- Demonstrated experience owning MRP planning for defined value streams or product lines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (e.g., APCS/BPCS, Oracle, Epicor, or similar).
- Equal Pay Act Range $106,300 - $158,000
Compensation

- The salary offered to a candidate is based several factors such as candidate experience and qualifications, location, as well as market and business considerations.
- Equal Pay Act Range $106,300 - $158,000
