About the role

  • Hours/Schedule: This is a 100% on site position at our Oak Brook location.
  • We currently offer two scheduling options for this position.

Responsibilities

  • Greets and orients all patients, visitors, and staff who enter the building.
  • Maintains neat and orderly reception area.
  • Maintains awareness of patients, visitors, and staff who are in the building.
  • Maintains patient charts according to confidentiality standards and policy. Maintains all patient's, visitor's, and staff's confidentiality according to HIPAA requirements and Compass policy.
  • Performs clerical duties to ensure efficient operations of the center to include computers, office equipment, copiers, fax, scanner, postage equipment.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
  • We are seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to provide clerical support for our patients.
  • Our state-of-the-art facility at Oak Brook is modern, bright, and creates an inviting therapeutic space for both patients and employees alike.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer proficiency and ability to learn new software.

Nice to have

  • High school diploma required
  • Associates degree preferred.
