  • Develop and execute a strategic and innovative internal business communication plan for WWPS
  • Manage all WWPS business internal communication channels, analyze channel metrics, and make data-driven adjustments to optimize communications
  • Own WWPS sales leadership messaging and content repository, ensuring it aligns to business goals and trends
  • Write, review, and manage business-specific email communications, updates, change announcements, leadership messaging, and ad hoc communications

Requirements

  • 5+ years of program or project management experience.
  • Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Journalism, Communications, English, Technical Writing, or a related field.
  • Experience in writing and editing with a strong command of grammar, punctuation and style.
  • Proficiency in using various communication channels and platforms

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of general AI tools.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, team environment.
  • Experience with multimedia content creation, or experience with graphic training systems.
