Develop and execute a strategic and innovative internal business communication plan for WWPS
Manage all WWPS business internal communication channels, analyze channel metrics, and make data-driven adjustments to optimize communications
Own WWPS sales leadership messaging and content repository, ensuring it aligns to business goals and trends
Write, review, and manage business-specific email communications, updates, change announcements, leadership messaging, and ad hoc communications

5+ years of program or project management experience.
Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Journalism, Communications, English, Technical Writing, or a related field.
Experience in writing and editing with a strong command of grammar, punctuation and style.
Proficiency in using various communication channels and platforms

Knowledge of general AI tools.
Experience working in a fast-paced, team environment.
Experience with multimedia content creation, or experience with graphic training systems.
