About the role
- Key Purpose: The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for overall project planning and scheduling, resource allocation, project accounting and control, providing technical direction and ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- The PM's responsibilities cover all areas of project management including project planning, cost management, time management, quality management and contract administration.
- The PM is responsible for overseeing several projects at a time and communicating with a range of people including clients, subcontractors, suppliers, internal staff, and the public.
Responsibilities
- Design Build Team participant from sales hand over to turnkey project delivery, including design, quality, team management, safety, PC/SS support and leadership
- Drive project schedules through planning and leading Site Superintendents, Project Coordinators and Trade Contractors, being proactive and clear on next steps
- Post-Construction client support for warranty calls

- Where they do arise, the PM is to carry them to a swift conclusion with support of senior leadership
- Manage each vendors' expectations, ensuring our commitments to them are being met without the need for notices of legal action
Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Building Science, Architectural Technology, or Construction Management
- An Engineering degree with a specialization in Construction Project Management is considered an asset
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role
