Responsibilities

  • Drive asset retention and acquisition by supporting stay‑in‑plan outcomes, rollover retention, and account consolidation through ongoing, personalized conversations.
  • Collaborate closely with the Individual Investors organization to ensure seamless handoffs for participants whose needs extend beyond Workplace Investors, including broader planning and advisory support.
  • The backgrounds, talents, and experiences of our global associates allow us to embrace new ideas and perspectives that move our business priorities forward and enable us to deliver strong client outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of total relevant work experience
  • CRPC *Must be obtained within designated window per Global Distribution licensing policy if not already obtained
  • 10+ years of total relevant work experience
  • FINRA licenses are required and will be supported for this role.
  • Required:
  • Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • Series 7 and 66
  • Preferred:

  • This role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to one day per week from home, after the successful completion of a training program.

  • $98,500 - $146,000 for the location of: Maryland, Colorado, Washington and remote workers

Compensation

  • $98,500 - $146,000 for the location of: New York, California
  • Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package.
