About the role
- Our digital product development team specializes in creating impactful mobile and web applications by combining cutting-edge technologies with data-driven insights.
- This role combines architecture leadership with hands-on full-stack development, helping shape our transition toward Databricks Apps and serverless AI solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end web solutions from frontend to backend.
- Implement RAG pipelines, model serving, and AI agents in production.
- Lead cross-functional teams (Full-stack, AI, Data).
- Build and maintain backend services in Python and integrate them with React (or Angular) frontends.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, vector databases, or RAG architectures
Nice to have
- Experience with Databricks (Lakebase, MLflow, Unity Catalog)
- Experience with GenAI frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen)
- Experience with Node.js full-stack
- Experience leading multi-disciplinary engineering teams
