Responsibilities
- Team building events, culture activities, all hands events

- We provide integrated credit score and personal finance solutions to 1,600 + bank and credit union partners nationally.
Requirements
- To be considered for this position, candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.
- Required
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field - or equivalent practical experience.
- 3-5 years of experience in a product owner or product management role, with a strong focus on requirements refinement, story definition, and backlog management.
- Demonstrated proficiency with agile methodologies and hands-on experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Working knowledge of marketing channels (email, SMS/push, direct mail, in-app/widget placements) and how creative and content decisions affect campaign performance.
- Experience building, measuring, and iterating on conversion funnels, with comfort interpreting funnel and campaign performance data to inform prioritization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex business and marketing requirements into actionable engineering work.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable leading meetings and presenting to cross-functional stakeholders, including marketing and creative teams.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and make confident, data-informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Background in consumer lending, deposits, personal finance, or the credit reporting space.
Compensation
- The annual base salary for this position is $130,000 to $145,000 based on experience and geography.
