The Director will be responsible for overseeing financial modeling, coordinating diligence and closing processes, and serving as a key internal and external point of contact across multiple concurrent transactions.

Own and oversee project-level and portfolio-level financial models for utility-scale battery storage assets across development, construction, and operations
Review, validate, and approve financial models prepared by Associates
Lead scenario, sensitivity, and downside analyses and synthesize results into clear recommendations for senior management
Review, validate, and approve financial models prepared by Associates; ensure consistency with transaction terms and internal investment theses
Support evaluation and execution of portfolio-level and corporate financing strategies, including warehouse facilities, holdco debt, revolvers, and other capital markets transactions
Formed in 2017, the company is a national leader in energy storage deployment, utilizing its proprietary optimization applications daily to dispatch its fleet and support its offtake customers.
This role requires strong technical expertise, sound commercial judgment, the ability to negotiate deal terms, and the ability to manage people and processes in a fast-paced transaction environment.
Manage transaction workstreams end-to-end, including:
Manage and mentor Associates, including:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field
5-7 years of experience in project finance, infrastructure investing, renewable energy, investment banking, private equity, or advisory
Proven ability to supervise and review work produced by junior team members
Experience with utility-scale battery storage or renewable energy projects
Experience reviewing and negotiating financing documentation in partnership with legal counsel

In addition to base pay, the total annual compensation package may also include eligibility to participate in our bonus and equity programs.

Support structuring and execution of project finance debt, tax equity, and structured equity transactions, acting in an execution role for the deal team leader
Q&A management with lenders, tax equity investors, rating agencies, and advisors
Coordinate closely with legal counsel on financing documentation and actively review credit agreements, tax equity documents, hedging agreements, and intercreditor arrangements
