About the role
- This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruiting, onboarding, HR administration, and compliance while contributing to the success of a dynamic and collaborative team.
- This temporary position is scheduled for 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. The assignment is expected to begin on September 9 and continue through approximately November 20.

Responsibilities
- Maintain candidate records and support onboarding activities.
- Deliver a positive, professional candidate experience while maintaining confidentiality.
Requirements
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (written and verbal) REQUIRED
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Microsoft Teams.
- Experience using multiple HR software systems or the ability to quickly learn new technology.
- Customer service mindset with the ability to interact professionally with applicants and team members.
Nice to have
- Previous high-volume recruiting or mass interviewing experience preferred.
