About the role

- Experience Qualifications - Experience in Infectious Disease patient care.
- Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations. - Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Responsibilities
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Perform a complete physical exam and record findings.
- Inpatient Infectious Disease- assess patients and orders appropriate tests and medications; works in conjunction with the physician to help maintain or improve a patient's quality of life.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.

- This position is required to work weekends and holidays as warranted.
- Must be a graduate of an accredited PA/APRN program.
- All APRN incumbents are required to maintain Registered Nurse competencies as designated by Federal and State organizations and as outlined in SVH policy.

- KSBN Must have valid APRN licensure.
- Additional certifications may be required for certain patient care settings or populations.
- DEA registration number is required.
Skills
- Willingness to learn necessary computer skills.
- Physician Assistant (PA)
- KSBHA Required
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
- ACLS required within 4 monoths of hire.
Compensation
- Abide by Stormont Vail's Remote Worker Policy and will review and acknowledge the Remote Work Agreement annually.
