About the role
- This person will be responsible for making sure our equipment runs smoothly and supporting our technical operations.
- The ideal candidate will be able to independently execute day-to-day operations and maintenance activities as well as be willing to roll up their sleeves to quickly tackle facility service and repair issues.
- Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this person will work closely with all members of the Form Energy team.
Responsibilities
- Perform equipment troubleshooting, repair and root cause analysis on manufacturing equipment.
- Perform mechanical, electrical and control system maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
- Develop and track equipment preventative maintenance schedules, and prepare maintenance reports using a cloud-based organizational tool or CMMS.

Nice to have
- HS Diploma or GED and 4+ years of experience in an equipment maintenance role.
- Proficient in mechanical and electrical calibration.
- Ability to read and work from mechanical and electrical schematics.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to be on your feet for extended periods.
- Strong Mechanical aptitude.
- Strong electrical trouble shooting ability.
- Controls experience is a plus.
