About the role
- Fairly Group, a division of EPIC Insurance Brokers, specializing in risk management and insuring clients in the sports and entertainment industries.
- We are seeking a detail-focused individual to join our team as a Risk Consultant.
- This position provides clients with day-to-day strategic claim oversight, guidance through complex risk management issues, and best practice process implementation to control costs and improve long-term WC program performance.
Responsibilities
- Provide consultative support to the client regarding WC jurisdictional compliance.
- Review and/or create reports, scorecards and loss-runs and complete analysis of loss data, claim reviews and communicate trends.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver results to meet timelines.
- Ability to be discreet and maintain the security of customer information.
Requirements
- Obtain and maintain required State Risk Management license, such as Property & Casualty Agent, Risk Manager, or Adjuster.
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years of professional experience working Risk Management/claims adjusting.
Nice to have
- Experience working with California Workers' Compensation claims is highly preferred but not required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
Compensation
- The national average salary for this role is $100 000.00 - $120 000.00 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits.
- The base pay offered will be determined based on your experience, skills, training, certifications and education, while also considering internal equity and market data.
- 22 PTO days starting out for hourly/non-exempt employees
