- You care deeply about product quality and the details that create exceptional customer experiences.
- You communicate clearly, influence effectively, and build trusted relationships across teams.
Requirements
- You have deep experience with experimentation, behavioral analytics, product metrics, and quantitative decision making.
- You have experience shaping strategy across multiple products, platforms, or consumer experiences.
- You have demonstrated success aligning senior stakeholders around ambitious product visions within complex organizations.
- You balance emerging technologies with proven approaches and exercise strong judgment when making investment decisions.
- You have explored behavioral science or habit formation principles and understand how they can improve product experiences.
- You have helped evolve product measurement beyond traditional engagement metrics toward more meaningful customer outcomes.
