About the role
- We encourage our shoppers to interact with sellers throughout all stages of the transaction, including item inquiries, price negotiations and customization requests.
- As our Content Creator, Paid & Organic Media, you will bridge the gap between creative storytelling and data-driven performance.
- Reporting directly to the Director of Growth and Brand Marketing, you will be the creative engine fueling our Paid Media program while contributing highly engaging video content to our organic social channels.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with paid media marketers to build, execute, and scale a structured creative testing matrix-experimenting with diverse hooks, treatments, and variants.
- Stay on the pulse of internet culture, design trends, and pop culture conversations to develop on-trend, organic-leaning video formats (including appearing on-camera for UGC-style content as needed).
- A deep appreciation for the 1stDibs aesthetic, with an affinity for interior design, fine art, jewelry, and vintage fashion.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in digital content creation, video editing, or production, with a portfolio heavily favoring high-performing social ads and vertical video.
Compensation
